How the bottleneck diagnostic is scored
Every answer carries a weight. Ties break toward the earlier stage.
The rule
Six questions. Every option has a weight on at least one stage. If two stages tie, the earlier one in the chain wins, because a broken offer makes a demand problem look worse than it is.
The method section on the home page lists the stages in the open. There is no hidden score.
